Reliance Capital — Hopeless

One month ago, I purchased a water purifier from your Omex Mall store, Greater Noida. Installation happened only after repeated calls and a 3-day delay. Within a month, the water stopped, and despite multiple follow-ups and assurances, no one visited, yet, its been more than 3 days. From such a large brand, this level of post-sale behavior feels hopeless. Once you paid money, you are done.
