Reliance Capital — Request for reissue of noc for car loan obtained

Vide agreement no. RLNCBAN[protected], car loan was closed against HYUNDAI SANTRO car Registration no. KA04ME7529. NOC was issued on dt: 22.02.2013. However, due to personal issues the same was not submitted to RTO and presently NOC is expired. Reliance Commercial Finance office, Reliance Capital ltd., No.37, 3rd floor, Lalbagh main road, Brahmadanda court, Bangalore, Karnataka is presently closed and new address contact address and telephone number is not known. I have been calling your call center regarding this issue but they are giving the same address as above. requested to intervene on the above issue to advise the concerned to reissue a NOC.
