Dear Sir,
I, Mr. Rakesh Verma, live on rent from 3 last years on the said address, My Electricity Account no. is[protected].
My two-month bill amount of December 2015 & January 2016 was Rs. 2080. And now I received the bill for the month of February 2016 was Rs. 11, 860.
I had call and complaint against increase in the electricity bill to customer care, the officer visit to our place and inspected the usage of electricity and said that the bill is normal. They added that our meter was faulty, so bill amount of February 2016 was Rs. 11, 860. On 21st January 2016, without informing us Reliance staff changed the meter.
First of all, why the Reliance meter changed without informing me.
If meter was faulty, then you have to inform before or while changing the meter. And also they saying the meter reading display was not visible.
Secondly, previous year bill amount and consumption of electricity energy, its not more then 300 units.
We don’t have much power consumption for which I had received 11, 860-amount bill only for one month. We have 2 Tube lights, 2 fans, 1 Washing Machine, 1 Fridge & a Television.
I visited office too, but after little argument officer amendment in my electricity bill and ask to pay rupees 8, 500.
I am requesting you to look into this matter and resolve it. I am not able to pay such a huge amount; I belong to middle class family. Looking forward to your positive reply.
