Reliance Finance Ltd — Load cheating

I have applied a loan of 2, 00, 000/- from reliance finance ltd. i was send asking documents They sanctioned the loan and told me got approval letter and send to us emi details also then you deposit Rs.2569 for dox charges, I have paid by G Pay She has told wait for check and confirmed amount received then say wait 20 mints for amount deposit. but till now not credit Please help me out of the problem. What should i do? And please refund to us amount 2569/- I need this loan, please help me
