Today, I received a call from someone claiming to be from "Relance Finance Agency." The caller stated that I had applied for a loan. I confirmed my interest, and the person began processing my request. During the call, he asked for an OTP, claiming it was required to proceed with the loan application. Trusting the process, I provided the OTP.

Shortly after, I discovered that Rs. 9999 was debited from my bank account without my consent. I did not authorize any transaction or payment of this amount. It has now become clear that I have been misled and defrauded under the pretense of a loan offer.

I request that immediate action be taken to investigate this fraudulent activity. I also urge the concerned authorities or platforms to assist me in recovering the deducted amount and to take necessary legal action against the individuals involved in this scam.

I am attaching all available details, including the phone number used, transaction reference, and time of the incident, to support my complaint. Please treat this matter as urgent.

I got a call from a Reliance Finance agent and they offered me a 190, 000 loan for that they took 4600 advance emi from me and after that, they asked to pay 5790 for insurance and wallet activation they charged 14300 from me and 17900 Brokerage charges after all these they asked me to pay 4% of loan amount which is 10, 130 which i refused to pay and asked to cancel they are not ready to cancel and threating me that they charge interest for 1st emi i never received loan amount they just fraud me and stole my money.

Its a totally fraud company. I paid them Rs 1499/- through netbanking for loan of Rs 50K against sanction letter. Again they were asking for 5000/- and i had a check against them and found complaints against them in this website and hence restrained from paying money. Everyone beware from them as they shall not pay any money to you but instead go on asking for 5K 10K 20K etc and all shall be lost.

Hi got call fromthem so gave all documents to disbursement of loan 360000 first asked for payment of 1400 then 6000 and then 12000 but yet that loans ammount not disclose and ammount pid not refunded

The Company Name Reliance Finance Limited name not their in List of approved NBFCs in RBI site ), running advertisements on Facebook as part of Reliance Industry to distribute Loans .
On seeing the advertisements I applied for Personal loan for my personal use. To the company I provided all my confidential documents & Information to proceed the loan process.
They released Sanction letter of 200000 with Rate of Interest of 4...

On Oct 9th I received whatsapp message for loan purpose. from number [protected] Ravi verma.
Other two number in communication are:Tukaram Finance Ltd. – [protected] and Office executive- [protected]
He requested documents of aAadhar, pan card, bank statement, cancel cheque, photo, emailid,
Documents were submitted and EMI detail for 3lakhs was sent wherein EMI was 7300/- per month for 48 months. Application was submitted and every form hidden charges was to be paid.
3250: Processing fee to Kotak bank
7612: From credit card for verification of card balance
5000 : to capital verification through phone pay
3900: Processing fee to Kotak bank
Then wallet doesn’t work nor the ID and password as Username option is not present in the App.
To transfer above amount along with 3lakhs transfer 8900/-. So that amount can be sent to Account.
I refused to pay above 8900/- and asked for refund. Nor I got loan or my above amount. Hope I guide genuine guidance for refund of my above amount.

My name is srinivas. I applied for a loan on reliance finance limited. I have approved the loan of 50000 rupees. But they want the processing fee & security fee. I paid the total amount of r's. 1300. But i didn't get the loan. Is this company is fake.? I don't know what i have do. Please help me to get my payable amount also...

On 07.10.2023 I saw the advertisement of reliance finance personal loan, So I opened the link and fill the basic details. After one reliance agent person called me and said you are looking for a personal loan, so please kindly give me the Adhar card, pan card and bank details send through WhatsApp he said.

After that I sent all the documents and the agent said u r laon has been approved mam for Rs.1, 50, 000 (4% interest rate tennure till 2 years) monthly emi Rs. 6, 500/-. After this he said me to pay Rs. 1500/- as processing fees. So I declined it and said " Sry i am not taking this loan kindly cancel my request".
But ge is refusing to cancel the request and he is threatening me to pay Rs 1500 as processing fees otherwise from nxt month your EMI will start deducting. He has sent a one loan approval letter also to me. But I didn't receive any messages regarding to loan.
So, kindly please help me with this issue sir, please I have not taken any loan amt. I wanted to just enjury about it so I messaged him. Now he is threatening him. I am very scared because I have given my bank account no. To him.

I have received a offer for personal loan of 15lakhs on my whatsapp, they are asking to deposit processing fee of Rs.4600/-, is this right company or fraud please guide me

Hi Reliance finance has approved 10 lakh loan with 4 percent interest. While disbursement they are asking for 3800 then they are asking for to pay 12500 for insurance . After that they asked for 18500 to disburse the loan . Total 30k gone from my account and no loan is approved and disbursed. Please refund my money

Since last 20 days i called customer care of reliance money and ask for solution.. they say it will get resolved in 2 days. But nothing happens till today.

They released Sanction letter of 500000 with Rate of Interest of 4 Percent ( which was unbelievable) they charged me Rs 2589 /-, which I gave . They gave justification for ROI that as Reliance Jeo was distributed with nominal price initially so Loan also Reliance Industry is distributing with less ROI.
I got suspicious as they asked me further 12000 as insurance cover for the loan before disbursing .
Enquired about the company which I concluded Fraudulent.
Like me 1000's must have been cheated .
To save our hard earned money when people are going through challenging times I am writing the mail .

Facebook like social media should filter the Fraudulent one and let the genuine company advertise their platform, otherwise innocent customers like me will be looted by these groups

Today, i have applied loan of 5, 00, 000 lacs from Reliance Finance. They approved the loan after that they asked me to pay processing fees of 2, 250 rupees which i paid, after that they told me to pay insurance charges which is 6, 790 rupees and again they asked me to pay again GST tax of rupees 12, 860 which i didn't paid. They said they already initiated the monthly EMI without crediting loan amount of rupees 5, 00, 000. He told me that once if i don't pay the taxes they will initiate my monthly EMI without crediting. I don't know whether it is fraud or he is lying. Please i kindly request you to cancel my loan process of 5, 00, 000.

Dated[protected], some one called me for loan, he told me his name - Shivam Kumar, his mob no. [protected] he ask me to sent the documents i.e Aadhaar, PAN, passport size photo and bank statement. I sent it all. few minutes later Mr Vinod Kumar, mob no. [protected], called me he and said regarding loan processing Rs. 3450/- will be charged and i have immediately paid the said amount, and few minutes later again said for processing of loan you have to pay insurance amount Rs 11900/- which is 11000/- will be refundable, i have immediately paid the amount. after few minutes later again said you are a government servant you should pay TDS amount Rs. 19999/-, in this process i have wrongfully paid three times first i paid 2000/-, secondly 17999/-, he said one time payment will be accepted, again I'm tried to pay but wrongly paid Rs 17999/- after few minutes later again i have paid Rs. 19999/- after payment he told me to wait Md sir cal. Few minutes later called me and said we processed your loan, your loan is failed due to GST. You have to pay GST amount Rs 25200/-. Unfortunately, on that time i have no more money on my account. Total Rs. 73, 347/- looted from me. payment Screenshot and Reliance Finance ltd worker I/card copy whom they shared, PAN card and Adhaar card and account number attached below. pls solve my problem.

I searched loans in social media and i found reliance finance for personnel loan and one form filed and submitted. After one day i received call from Reliance agent and offered loan . They said processing fee to pay as advance RS.2550 which is refundable. After that they said insurance is pending as to pay 8999 Which is also refundable. i trusted RELIANCE and paid. because it is real and shows dp and profile as reliance finance . After that they ask again for money that is rbi rules for cash transfer they must pay gst amount of 14150 but this time i didnt paid.
I lost 11549 in the name of RELIANCE FINANCE..
PLEASE TAKE THIS ACTION QUICKLY AND PLEASE TAKE BACK MY MONEY

Lordha Hushi Jamatia would like to state that when i have found about in facebook and been applied for personal loan through whatsapp and said it has been approved and issue an approval letter and ask legal charge for processing fees Rs. 1260 and it has been paid, and now he said as per RBI instruction it needs to pay more Rs. 2150 that will be refundable, so for this I am very much doubt whether it is legal or fake. So...
