Reliance Home Finance — Disclosure of credit condition

I am having a home loan from reliance which was taken in Sept 2014 and repayment is regular. Before one month I had received a call from your business executive for top up loan against same property subject to my income eligibility and offered me loan of Rs. 10-12 lacs.
Your officials come to me and did all required formalities like FI, documentation, Credit discussion, valuation of property from two surveyors etc, and finally after 4-5 days I received a text massage from reliance Co that my loan application has approved and our team will contact you for further documentation.

But now your officials are asking me to submit another property document which i am going to purchase thru this loan, which is really a shocking to me, whereas I have already disclosed that I cant submit this in initial stage of documentation.
