I ordered a product on the 30th Jan 2023. My order ID was OEF0E62. Out of two trousers, I had to return one as it did not fit well. There was an issue with the tag and could not be picked up on the first attempt. A second attempt was made and the pickup was successful. That was on 10th Feb. Since then I have been struggling to get the refund. No one is bothered to do anything. I keep on calling customer care and every time they give an assurance that you will get the refund in 72 hours.

I request you to be careful while buying products from their store. My experience has been pathetic. I do not even expect to get the money back.
