I ordered a product on the 30th Jan 2023. My order ID was OEF0E62. Out of two trousers, I had to return one as it did not fit well. There was an issue with the tag and could not be picked up on the first attempt. A second attempt was made and the pickup was successful. That was on 10th Feb. Since then I have been struggling to get the refund. No one is bothered to do anything. I keep on calling customer care and every time they give an assurance...

I am a regular customer of arrow store deendayal mall gwalior from five years
So issue is that when i purchase product from this store company giving some point on purchase.
So last time i have approx 11000 point which is value of 11000
But when i go at store manager saying your point has been laps.
But i don't get any information from company side and there so many customer are facing this problembr...
