Reliance HR Services ( RHRS) — Death claim required Document 70302436 Sudha Sharma

This is regards to PF death claim against UAN ID[protected] of my Mother Sudha Sharma.
She was employed with Reliance Nippon Life insurance since Sept 2014. SAP-ID[protected] Indore Face2Face Branch.
She passed away in Dec 2020.

Its been 24 months since we are struggling for our rightful money. I tried reaching EPFO office through calls, emails & Grievance. We stay in Indore and EPFO office is in Mumbai Bandra which is 650 Kms far. It's been back and forth emails conversations with reliance team. I have visited the Indore EPFO office, I have chased the EPFO Mumbai team over email and still feel helpless. We are not seeking something exclusive, PF was supposed to be a helpful fund in our tough time, but it created tough times for us.

Firstly RNLIC terminated the employee while in covid pandemic 2020 due to non performance in June 2020, since it was hard to create business opportunity where everyone was struggling for survival in Covid. Also she was fighting with Cancer while Reliance Nippon life insurance terminated her and we had to suffer the loss of entire earnings(Approx 10 lacs) in her treatment. Since she was terminated, ESIC rejected her claim too and we had to pay the money from our pocket.

She was a life planning offer and Insurance agent for RNLIC and even then she had tough times for her own life battle, because of RNLIC. We have been chasing reliance team since last January for her PF and never got any satisfactory response or firm date either her EPFO balance statement. Reliance team has been rude and least bother to help us as if they are doing any favors to us. we are in touch with Padmanabh Vasu Salian (पद्मनाभ वसु सलियन) Chief Manager - Human Resources and still this is not getting resolved. When I informed about taking legal actions, their stated to proceed further.

I have sent 197 emails already to this, I have raised 4 complaints in consumer form, labor court, State helpline and PMO helpline. Keep your resolution with you and my attorneys will see you in court.
