Death claim required Document 70302436 Sudha Sharma
This is regards to PF death claim against UAN ID[protected] of my Mother Sudha Sharma.
She was employed with Reliance Nippon Life insurance since Sept 2014. SAP-ID[protected] Indore Face2Face Branch.
She passed away in Dec 2020.
Its been 24 months since we are struggling for our rightful money. I tried reaching EPFO office through calls, emails & Grievance. We stay in Indore and EPFO office is in Mumbai Bandra which is 650 Kms far. It's been back and forth emails conversations with reliance team. I have visited the Indore EPFO office, I have chased the EPFO Mumbai team over email and still feel helpless. We are not seeking something exclusive, PF was supposed to be a helpful fund in our tough time, but it created tough times for us.
Firstly RNLIC terminated the employee while in covid pandemic 2020 due to non performance in June 2020, since it was hard to create business opportunity where everyone was struggling for survival in Covid. Also she was fighting with Cancer while Reliance Nippon life insurance terminated her and we had to suffer the loss of entire earnings(Approx 10 lacs) in her treatment. Since she was terminated, ESIC rejected her claim too and we had to pay the money from our pocket.
She was a life planning offer and Insurance agent for RNLIC and even then she had tough times for her own life battle, because of RNLIC. We have been chasing reliance team since last January for her PF and never got any satisfactory response or firm date either her EPFO balance statement. Reliance team has been rude and least bother to help us as if they are doing any favors to us. we are in touch with Padmanabh Vasu Salian (पदà¥à¤®à¤¨à¤¾à¤ वसॠसलियन) Chief Manager - Human Resources and still this is not getting resolved. When I informed about taking legal actions, their stated to proceed further.

I Satosh Kumar Rraju was appointed as CSA in Reliance BPO Pvt Ltd on 30 Sep 2009. I rendered my service there with full loyalty for period of three months . As this was on contract basis contract was terminated on 31st Dec 2009. After the termination of contract I applied for PF withdrawal and furnished all formalities required .
I submitted my PF form in march 2010 at BKC .Now even after 3 months when I checked with Vashi PF department they have no clue abt same. After learning that I contacted BKC but again to no avail. There HR exe couldn't spot my PF form. As it has not been submitted in vashi PF office it should be lying with BKC only.

Reliance Communication — FULL Settlement lying pending after resigning from the company
Dear Sir,This is my second remainder to you. I have already made a complaint to you but hav't got any response from your side. If you would't help me then who else can do. Actually i was the employee of reliance communication. My full settlement after resigning, has been lying pending.
I seek your support in getting my Full & Final done which has been pending since long.
I would also like to bring to your notice that at the time of leaving the organisation i had 108 leaves in my account, but i got the amount for only 59 leaves. The amount given is as per the basic but at the time of joining it was told that leave encashment would be as per CTC.
Also, Rs 1500/- has been deducted towards mobile handset reimbursement even after completing 3yrs in the organisation. I have also been charged for ID Card which i submitted back to Mr. Kunal (HR).

There is no promotion, no salary increment facility available. As per offer letter u can earn incentive upto Rs 20k but incentive process very poor. I m not getting my incentive according to incentive slap. Poor salary structure, poor incentive scheme. Is there any process to increase salary and improvement of Incentive payout. I have more than 4 years experience in Direct sales.
