I am a costumer of Jio fibre having registered mobile no [protected] facing Jio fibre connection prioblem since 22 March for that I made a compalin with SR no SR00001lT0OD on 23 but Jio team of Dhanbad Jharkhand is so irresponsible and lier that they updated unavaliavlilty of customer which is totally false and due to their casual approach I have to postpone my important meetings for which I need compensation of 50000 . I made a number of call to Mr Raghav having number [protected] and other no [protected] but these people misbehave with me and told that do what ever I can ... so I need proper investigation for the whole team and need compensation coz for not facing such connections problem I use to took 6 month plan .
