I recharged my mother's number [protected] for INR 149 but the recharge happened to my postpaid number [protected]. I am 100% sure that I have given my mother's number [protected] at the time I recharge why should I try to recharge a postpaid number. I called the customer care number after long wait, the customer care executive responded that they cannot refund or transfer the recharge. And I asked to connect to some senior manager. And I waited for more than 30 mins but the call disconnected. As I am using postpaid, I can't even activate that pack to my number. Also why the system making/allowing to recharge a prepaid pack to postpaid number? 149 INR per day is very big money to my family.
