Updated by Aoksi So this ring I gave it on 30th December 2019 and manager Mrs./Ms. Ashwini Sutra 1st without sending it for quality test she just blamed that it was my girlfriend Oksana's mistake that because of her careless a diamond fallen, although she care about this ring as a baby, , 2nd thing after a few minutes of discussion she agreed to send it for quality check and promised me that on 31st December she gonna call and update about ring, , we were waiting because we wanted it to get back on a special day.. Unfortunately we didn't got any call or text, , same 1st January 2020 also passed, , same like 2nd January evening is also ended then we decided to go to the store and check once.. So when we reached at store around 9 p.m 2nd January, A guy was present in counter standing clueless, Ashwini was on holiday, , then that guy called her and then he gave me the phone she said sir actually because of new year all testing place and main store was closed, , , , the I asked when didn't you updated us, , her answer - Sorry sir I forgot to inform.
My reply- What about the 3hr of my work?? I left from office early, , spent 1.30hr in traffic and what about my expenses?? I am not earning to spend on your unprofessional behaviour.
Her answer - yes sir but sorry, I will update you in 2 days.
Then I asked the guy who was attending me today to show my ring and it's been 3 days my ring was with them only they are soo irresponsible that they are not even bothered to inform there mates.. I left my ring at store. I know they will again waste my time neither they gonna send that ring for any test, , because they were saying it's a lost of diamond due to our fault now we need to pay for that diamond piece and then they will replace it.
I really expect a help or an action from this complaint (hope for the justice)
