They don't provide accurate details, they just took us granted for all time. From last 4 days we are daily coming but this guy's are really hopeless . At the time of scheme they called us multiple times for getting our scheme open here. But worst ever service I have faced here nobody is giving a good response even including manager. Even on the date 7/10/2023 we asked them to freeze the product for that specific amount but they have not freezed...

I purchased jewelry from the Mira Road branch on 8th October. @ silver3 rings, one nose ring, and one silver bracelet. Both the silver rings had American diamonds and within 2 days the diamonds were coming out of the ring. This is not at all expected from such a huge brand. Please help me with this....

I bought a ring from Reliance Jewels Agarwal Fun City Mall. It turned out to be the worst ring I had ever purchased.
#1 It’s not even 6 months since I purchased, stones kept coming out.
#2 First time when stone came out, they said, I hit my hand that’s why it came out and repaired the ring free of cost. But kept ring with them for like 15-20 days
#3 Since they checked ring in first repair, stone should not come...

First that showroom people tells that they cant accept cash more than 2 lakh ..
I made payment 1.90 lakh in cash
And rest amount in 54 thousands by upi mode of payment that is susses fully done and amount is debit from my account but after some time salse manager told that amount is not received in his account.

We bought a silver chain from reliance jewelry.. Within 2 days the chain has got so many dents and finally broken on 3rd day. When we are buying reliance assured us lifetime warranty, repairable and re polishable.

When we took the chain to the outlet they are saying is not at all repairable or replaceable.

We are really disappointed with the service provided by reliance jewelry.

But I am unable to login or re-set my GSS account password using my Customer ID. That is showing error. Customer Support number is not working...

In order to pay the installment for a particular month the payment got stuck somewhere and didn't process successfully. The amount of 3000 debited from account.

I opened account under golden step scheme with rs 10000/- per month for 24 months scheme in april 2019 from mahanagar, lucknow showroom.
I am paying monthly installment online but when i paid rs 10000/- x 2 = rs 20000/- on 20th and 22nd sept, it did not reflect in my online golden step account though my bank account got debited. Hi,

I have take gss scheme with customer id:cus0430474, and as said by executive not able to make online payment as the page did notr allow me to login and don't know from where to get password as it's not even sending otp from portal while trying reset link available on portal.
I have to pay monthly installment using online portal and need immediate resolution on that.

Please suggest.

After reading all this review I repent on buying a diamond ring from reliance gold.The entire staff are liars.. I bought a ring of worth around 25000k. I gave them 8gm gold coin during the purchase to balance the amount. The worth of the coin was around 21k when it was purchased few months ago. During the billing 2% was deducted from the gold coin rate making it around 19k and then the billing was done.the gold rate on the day we purchased...
