Reliance Jewels — Article purchased payment made but denied delivery

Gold pendent selected and paid as per your estimation on 5th March at your store, punjagutta, Hyderabad. Part of the payment made in cash and cheque given for rest amount, and the amount debited from my account on 9th march, attached the statement for your reference. And we were ready to make the balance adjustment payment, if any changes of rate exist till 9th march. But the store manager denied to deliver the ornament and asking to make as per the current rate of gold.
