Reliance Jewels — card payment issue

My card no. [protected] is showing wrong card summary, outstanding rs. 84471.71/-. But my card limit is 50000 only, then how can my o/s be 84471.71/- moreover there is a failed transaction of rs. 32598.21/- on 21.01.2018 and it is also showing in debit balance in card summary.
Kindly rectify the error. After talking to credit card deptt. They informed me that the transaction of rs. 32598.21/- was declined because at the time of that transaction there was no sufficient balance in my card.
Rectification awaited.
