Reliance Jewels — Product Undelivered

I purchased a product from reliance jewels on 8th February 2022 and as per some repair work for the product they gave a commitment to give product within 2 working days but till today its been more than 15 days they haven’t responded to it and when asked about my product always gave some kind of misinformation.
I highly think they are misusing my product or just giving some kind of harassment as we haven’t opened their monthly account as they asked us to open.
And as per their repair receipt the order has to be delivered on the same day of the purchase.
Theirs some kind of conspiracy behind this.
