Reliance Jewels — Regarding service and employee behaviour

Yesterday i visited reliance jewels boring road patna branch to get help regarding my ring which i bought from them a month back! The ring had a rhodium plating which faded very soon! So i visited them to help me out on that matter! But one of their staff Mr. Prem talked to me very rudely and in a pathetic way instead of helping me out! Later the store manager agreed to exchange the ring with a new one after a lot of hassle! But their service is very poor! I didn't got my new ring yet!
