Jio fiber has a poor infrastructure. Their routers are not suitable for a residential building and this has been proved by comparing their router with their competitors. Jio routers performance was embarrassingly poor.
Since the broadband does not work for us we canceled the connection on 7th July. We have paid 3 months in advance. We are still waiting for them to pickup their devices. The refund process is geared toward introducing undue delays to customer without taking into consideration their bureaucratic process delays.
This complaint is about us getting the money back as quickly as possible. And this would also service a heads up to potential customer to avoid Jio especially when their live in homes that are more than one level. Larger apartments will also extreme weak signals. Was this information helpful? |
