Complaint and request resolution by Jio Fiber

Registered a complaint on 5 Dec 2022 for Jio OTT apps not loading. On 6 Dec 2022 they closed the service request stating complaint resolved and the same message shows technician visit is scheduled on 9 Dec 2022. Without technician visit or complaint resolution they closed the service request. Thereafter after repeated contacting they never turned up for complaint resolution. Order not delivered

Placed jio Fiber order on 13th September..payment and doc verification were done on the same day and recieved the message of "installation schedule" of very next day

It's been 3 days till now no installation and jio agent isn't picking up the phone

On august 1st i made a query to redeem a voucher for set top box in my jio app as I was using only fibernet. While paying for it through UPI the payment failed in my jio app. And query was also not taken. But my ₹1000 got deducted from my bank. After complaining multiple times no one is responding. From Jio side. I even verified with my bank and Samsung pay they both confirmed me that the amount is credited to merchant account that is reliance Jio account.

    We canceled jio fiber but yet to receive refund

    Jio fiber has a poor infrastructure. Their routers are not suitable for a residential building and this has been proved by comparing their router with their competitors. Jio routers performance was embarrassingly poor.

    Since the broadband does not work for us we canceled the connection on 7th July. We have paid 3 months in advance. We are still waiting for them to pickup their devices. The refund process is geared toward introducing...

    We changed our plan and had the devices changed. Team members were supposed to visit our house and collect the old devices and initiate the refund process. Upon calling the local service providers, they are committing to come and get the device and provide the refund. But in reality no one is available for this. Kindly check.

      Connection cancelled refund not processed

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      I cancelled my Jio fiber connection on the 4th of January. Their people came to my house to pick up the modem and set top box on the 15th of January for which I even got a OTP from this scam company to verify my bank account details. They told me in 14 working days i would get my refund.
      It has been 26 working days, in other words a month and a half and no one in this company seems to want to help....

      I have requested for jio fiber connection having order no. No0000f0el8e on 05-september-2020, saturday.
      My request was serviced by mr. Arun asharaf (Mobile: [protected]). He sent mr. Sukesh kumar (Mob: [protected]) for completion of the paperwork prior to installation
      Accordingly, i made a payment of rs. 1500/- on completion of documentation on the same date. The paper work was done by mr. Sukesh kumar (Mob: [protected]).

      It was assured by mr. Sukesh kumar (Mob: [protected]) that the installation will be completed on 06-september-2020 and i got an sms that my fttx request has been rescheduled at 09:00 to 10:00 hrs.

      On 07.09.2020, i received an sms that jio engineer is scheduled to visit my premises on 11-september-2020: 20:30:00 for installation of jiofiber connection.

      Today, it is 14-september-2020 and i am yet to get the connection.

      I feel totally befooled by the jio team and hence looking forward to cancelling my entire relationship with reliance jio. There should be positive communication to the customer.
