Respected sir, my name is md akbar seikh and i am jio pre on post customer from j&k area. I complaint that i am recharge 399 rupees for pre on post but buy some technical problem recharge success for post paid while i have already paid 10 rupees for post paid on dt 03 nov 2018.
I have complaint to jio customer care for tfr of 399 recharge money in pre on post plan but they are miss behavior with me and ignore my complaint and not give my complaint id.
