Respected sir, my name is md akbar seikh and i am jio pre on post customer from j&k area. I complaint that i am recharge 399 rupees for pre on post but buy some technical problem recharge success for post paid while i have already paid 10 rupees for post paid on dt 03 nov 2018.

I have complaint to jio customer care for tfr of 399 recharge money in pre on post plan but they are miss behavior with me and ignore my complaint...
