Reliance Living — Poor customer service as wells as an employee stole my iPhone 4s

I went to the reliance living store banjara hills to buy furniture again went another to ask them why the furniture didn't get delivered an employee stole my cell phone the guys at reliance we're not showing me the cameras they said it will take another few more days to see the cameras. No response calling up the store but nobody picks up the phone.shame such a big brand and such poor quality of customer service.
