I bought a sofa set in all 5 seater in which 2 are recliners.One of the recliners is very uncomfortable & bending left side. I bought it on 17* 06*13 from Ambience Mall.

It is very objectinable.
The quality seems to be very Poor.
Please arrange to get it changed.
This way the company earns bad reputation.
I have made a complaint earlier slso but no action taken I called reliance people they gave me number of the manager Mr Farhan Ali but he did not pick up the phone.
When he is not ready to attend the call what service he will give.
If my thing is not changed I will file a complaint with Consumer Court& U shall bear all the expenses & Damrages.
