Reliance Living — sofa damaged within warranty

HI, I had purchase a sofa set from reliance living at kukatpally hyderbad in the month of jan -feb 2013 with one year warranty. After few months its damaged. I complained at showroom but they dragged few days and now they are not giving possitive response. The warranty also going to expire this month end? what should I do now.
