I have purchased RUCHI GOLD POLMOLEIN OIL CASE today in anantapur Reliance Mart store. Below are the invoice and timestamp details for the same

I have taken the case from the helper and directly went to billing counter and got my billing.
I have been charged for 15 oil packets. But I noticed there are only14 packets in the case after reaching home. I have called and informed the anantapur store immediately after noticing. I got confirmation from store manager they will verify cc camera's and get back in 20mins.
When I tried calling now store customer care representative is disconnecting my call and phone is not reachable now.
Kindly assist me how to reach out to store and please do needful.
