[Resolved]  Reliance Mobile — Portability from CDMA to GSM

I was using Reliance CDMA service since last 8 years and initiated to move from CDMA of Reliance to GSM. This has been a nightmare, as its more than 2 week since the portability request raised and still i am not able to recharge SIM so have no balance. Every time i am reaching out to representative at Reliance store i been mentioned to wait another day and giving excuse that there is a technical glitch at the back end. Fed up with the follow up.
