[Resolved]  Reliance Mobile Service Provider — Deductions of amounts from pre-paid mobile by activating additional services automatically

With Humble submission it is informed that I have a Reliance Pre-paid mobile connection bearing number [protected]. I am using the said Reliance Pre-paid SIM since four years. During this time I have not asked for providing any additional services except call incoming and outgoing. However, The Reliance Pre-paid mobile service provider is deducting some amounts Rs 5/- to Rs 30/- from time to time by activating additional services automatically. I have complained several times, the customer care refunded the same immediately. Today (23.11.2013) an amount of Rs. 5 has been deducted. I called to customer care. They keep me on hold but not responded the call and after some times they disconnected the call. For Rs. 5, I am not spending my valuable time worth can not be measurable. However, I am appealing for crores of customers from which Reliance mobile service provider have taken five crores (if your customers are one crore) and multiple there of. This is nothing but a theft of crores of public money. Therefore Reliance mobile service provider needs to be penalized and need to stop this process of taking money of Rs. 5. At least beggars are begging money of Rs. 5 but Reliance mobile service provider is taking public money by fraudulently activating additional value added services. Therefore I am demanding to Reliance mobile service provider to refund all my money that has taken during last four years by fraudulently activating additional value added services. The list and date of deduction and amount may also be provided .Reliance mobile service provider has to assure me not to deduct any amount in future on account of fraudulently activating additional value added services.
