Reliance Nippon Life Insurance — Mis-selling of Insurance policy and extra credit card charges

I had taken Reliance Guaranteed Money Back policy (Policy No.[protected] from Reliance Nippon Life Insurance Company.

I would like to bring into your notice that one of your agent (Sagar Agarwal ([protected]) - Delhi/Noida Branch) had sold me the above policy stating that the premium could be paid by Credit Card EMI option without any additional interest and Tax charges.

But since past 8-10 months, I have been incurring additional charges beyond premium amount. (Total extra deducted= Rs. 7927.44)
On speaking to the the agent, he promised that the extra charges would be refunded back and he has initiated it from the system.
But till date, no refund has been made on the extra deduction and have not received any resolution just false assurances.

Also, the selfie verification was done as per instruction from the policy seller and was influenced by him. (Sagar Agarwal - [protected])
The Reliance Nippon policy seller (Sagar) had verbally promised and agreed into purchasing the policy[protected] via my icici credit card and he would arrange for refund of extra charges in subsequent month from his office/branch. (Attached chat)

This is very unprofessional and unethical from Reliance and has caused me a lot of stress/harrasment.
Request you to look into this matter seriously and help me recover my loss of Rs.7927 in order to continue the partnership with Reliance.

I request you to look into this issue on priority and help on the same.
