Dear sir's/madam,

That this is to informed you that I am a peace loving, law abiding citizen of the county and working as a quality engineer in a private company in Faridabad(Haryana) and I have life insurance policy of worth 45000 Rs. from Bharti Axa life Insurance. When I purchased this policy, I had a good Job and financial condition. But now the conditions are changed so I tried to cancel my policy by mailing to Bharti Axa and calling on customer care and Bima Lokpal.
In Jan-2022 I received a call from. "Mr Hardik” and he introduce himself as an executive of Bima Lokpal Telephonic department. He told me that he is deputed to resolve my problem by Bima Lokpal and he will make my old policy discontinue and will make all funds of old policy transferred in a small amount new policy. He told me that I need to buy a New policy from the insurance companies he suggests after discussing with insurance companies who have least amount of policy and can return my amount of old policy. After 2-3 days he called again and said that 3 insurance companies are agree for above mentioned terms. Out of 3 companies Reliance Nippon had least policy premium. He also assured me that amount of old policy (45000 Rs) along with bonus (Approx. 22000) will be transferred in New policy which I can withdraw after 2 years.
That I thus landed in his trap and was led by his sweet talks and conceded to pay rs.23, 300/- (Rupees Twenty three thousand three hundred only) through axis bank credit card in favour of Reliance Nippon Life insurance, Mumbai, on 21.01.2022 and bought a life insurance policy in my name as Ravi Kaushik vide policy no 54055687 on dtd. 21/01/2022.
For next more than one month he used to give me false commitment of getting hard copy of agreement from Bima Lokpal as earlier he said that agreement papers will be received within 1 month. After some days he changed his statement that it takes 180 to 365 days in getting bond paper/Agreement from Bima lokpal.
One day I received a call from Mr. Hardik Kashyap saying that Bima lokpal has awarded me 4 lakh amount as a profit and loss amount by penalising to old insurance company i.e. bharti Axa life insurance because I had raised complain against it in bima Lokpal. He told me that either I can take that money or it can be availed by agents. For taking this amount I have to take bond of 89000 Rs with existing company for 5 years or with other company for min. 2 years. He also make me call from Bharti Axa Backend department by Mr. Sandeep Arya ([protected]). Both tried to convince me many days that I should not let this chance miss as 4 lakh is not small amount. Mr. Hardik assured me that he can make this amount availed by making small period bond with other company and transferring that amount in other company and after completing bond time, new insurance company will pay me both amount of 89000 and 4 lakh amount transferred from bharti axa. He give me option for three insurance companies for bond having different time period out of which Reliance Nippon had least time bond period i.e. 2 years. When he continuously persist me, I agree for small period bond and bought an insurance policy no.54115443 of Rs. 89099 from Reliance Nippon Life Insurance on dated 23May 2022. Hardik kashyap assured me that I will get papers of both policy bond and 4 lakh amount within 1 month. But after some time he started to say that bond papers (fund of old policywith bonus and profit and loss amount penalise y bimalokpal)of both policies will come simultaneously as both policies are in same company. Mr. Raiv jain also gave same statement as Mr. Hardik kashyap was giving.They said that papers will come after completing 6 months of first policy. But now it has completing months but still I didn’t receive proof of transferring my old policy (Bharti Axa) amount transferring in Reliance Nippon and even not for that 4 Lakh rupees. Both Mr. Hardik and Raiv Jain giving fake commitment and dates.
Now there is no doubt that insurance policy was issued on the ground of deceit, and forgery with stating that is a necessary component for transferring old policy amount in current policy and for transferring profit and loss amount of 4 lakhs. It is stated that the said Mr. Hardik Kashyap lied, calling himself executive of Bima Lokpal, misused and abused the official capacity and issued policies by ensuring the premium amount is fully refundable While in fact complainant was neither any need of these policies nor was in a position to pay too much high premiums.

It is learnt that there are many agents like Hardik Kashyap and Raiv Jain attached/working with Reliance Nippon Life insurance and some of them have been put on internet on various website clearly indicating prima facie commission of offence of cheating and breach of trust with using same modus operandi. No one can denied involvement of higher official of Reliance Nippon Life insurance in entire fraud/scam. They are playing with hard earned money of innocent public alike me. Company appears to be indulging in unfair, unethical and deceitful business/operations and the information reflected on company website is false and dubious. Company is extorting money by presenting unrealistic descriptions, showing a rosy picture, false and misleading promises and encourage to buy a higher amount premium policy through its so called agent and paying them a huge commission.

No response from reliance insurance from so many days. I think reliance doesn't care for his customers. I think this is strategy of reliance to trap people with help of agent giving fake assurance and commitment to customer so that they can sell policies and after selling policy if them complain on any forum, blame to customer. They are fooling people with help of agents. I will recommend people not to buy reliance policy even by mistake. customer doesn't mean anything for them
