Reliance Petroleum — Air pressure not working from very long time . If you don't have manpower then what's the point to display Free Air facility .

Air pressure machine is not working from very long time, don't have proper manpower to maintain Free Air service . Just wanted to know if you don't have manpower or capability to maintain a service then there is no point to mention it as free service for customers .

We never expected this bad service from the new joint venture, thought it would be more beneficial and friendly to customer . I would rather say earlier the service was good now it has changed a lot . Company is not auditing properly how the dealer is handling the unit . It's not like after giving franchise company will sit blindly. Auditing is a must atleast for new units.
