I visited to the petrol pump and ask him to fill petrol. then he asked me about payment mode, i said UPI he said UPI is not accepted right now. then i said ok do it by Debit card during that time i've already opened my bike fuel cap. And i told him to fill petrol and he is standing in front of me taking EDC machine and asked me to do payment first i said don't worry i have 10 cards you first fill the petrol i'll do payment then because my tank cap is opened already. then he said no that's the rule payment first. i said i've already visited this petrol pump many times it's never happened before. He said i am here from last 4 years and we are following the same rule. During all the conversation he is showing me next level attitude. Even during this conversation he has gone back to his chair showing me attitude. Then i said call your manager i want to talk to him. he said visit tomorrow morning, he will be available on morning i've asked me for the manager's contact number. He refuse to give me that. Like seriously? If i've some issue i'm not be able to talk to manager as well. I can feel that would be one of another rule made by the petrol pump staff or petrol pump management.
Then i decide to go from there without filled petrol and decide to come at morning. I start my bike and go around 30 meter and i hear a weird voice like someone shout out me from back then i came back and ask him whats the problem. Then he literally denied that we didn't do that. The attitude of the guy was on another level. These kind of staff is dangerous for the customers. He really fall down the Reliance petroleum brand values. I want you guys to take a serious action against him. Because if i am visiting like a customer then i don't deserve this kind of behavior
I was surprised..., means how kind of service they are providing? attitude service? or Reliance petroleum service. I mean that's not the reliance standards.
