Reliance Petroleum — Petrol pump complaint

Dear sir, I would like to inform you that on regular basis i cau take petrol pump located at Agra periphery my mostly take petrol from Tara Filling Station, Bad, Gwalior Road, Agra .
But from last 2 refuelling it is absorbed that he is compromised with the quantity of petrol and if you demand for receipt all time excuse that server is not functioning. I also received coupon of Rs. 25 as detail attached.

But they refuse to reamburse . Due to server issue.
Behaviour of staff can destroy the image of organization.
So, request you to please take appropriate actions.
