Reliance Petroleum — Refuse to fill Petrol in Litres and Bad behaviour of handling staff

I approached Unique Petrolium, Reliance BP Mobility Ltd Dealer located at Survey No. 159 Paiki Plot No.1, Ashapura Park, Bhuj-Mundra Road, Bhuj- Kutch with mobile no. [protected] for filling 2.5 Litre Petrol in My vehicle. The staff present over there refused to fill in Litres at the first instant. I managed to convince them to fill 2.5. Litre exact somehow but they didn't provided me the bill with Vehicle number. While asking for proper bill, they issue me a challan instead a proper bill. Also they keep on talking with other customer that the complaint can not make any difference to them. Take necessary action for such short fillings tactics and rude behaviour to the customers.
