[Resolved] Reliance Resq (Service) — Reliance resq plan (service) : worst service | |||||
I have been subscribed reliance resq plan for my window ac. I logged a service request to repair it bu cause compressor is not working. After two days there is no any follow-up call/email from resq-team to get it repaired. This is very unprofessional way to deal with customers. After many follow-up t with customer service/ [protected]@resq.In either they are not giving any contact details to communicate not repairing my ac. Can you provide resq grievance addressal/appellate authority contact details.
