I have one Plus 32inch tv and bought a 5 years resq care warranty with it on 4 July 2022. I raised a complaint on resq app for Repair on 09 Nov 2024 which was automatically cancelled after some day.I raise multiple complaint later which kept on cancelling. I have been subscribed reliance resq plan for my window ac. I logged a service request to repair it bu cause compressor is not working. After two days there is no any follow-up call/email from resq-team to get it repaired. This is very unprofessional way to deal with customers. After many follow-up t with customer service/ [protected]@resq.In either they are not giving any contact details to communicate not repairing my ac.
Can you provide resq grievance addressal/appellate authority contact details.
