I have one Plus 32inch tv and bought a 5 years resq care warranty with it on 4 July 2022. I raised a complaint on resq app for Repair on 09 Nov 2024 which was automatically cancelled after some day.I raise multiple complaint later which kept on cancelling. The technician visited my place and took the tv for repair on 12 march 2025 and returned on 22 aug 2025 saying that it has been fixed which was not. I called the customer care multiple times and they say that they have escalated the cases but i do not see any action taking place.
