Reliance Securities — forged signatures

We have given them rs19, 90, 000 in feb 2017 i. E philomena fernandes (Rs.1320000) and irene machado (Rs 640000) to put in the mutual fund - monthly income scheme. But they on their own invested only rs. 1500000 in indiareit infrastructure v scheme and bought offline secondary market bonds for philomena (2 units for around 1000000 – 2 units) and irene rs 500000= units) and remaining rs. 490000 is kept with them without investing. As il& if, piramal and vistara were parties to sign the deed of adherence and c. Suresh was present and signed the deed. They also mentioned that philomena and irene were present to sign the deed. Where as we both were not present and our signatures forged. I am attaching you both forged and original signatures for verification.

Reliance doesn't have the required documents signed by us to buy these offline shares. Inspite of asking for several times reliance failed us to provide either the documents which we
Authorized them to buy these offline shares or a meeting with the employees who took the money.

The employee who took the cheque for this money had misused the system of one ms. Shobha rani
And sent a message on her name without her knowledge saying he is transferring these units and we were shocked what it was.

When requested indiareit for details they would send us some company details whichwe
Wouldn't understand anything. Indiareit would say" you please get in touch with reliance,

Piramal who was another party to sign the deed, initially assured us to talk to reliance to sort out the matter, later they withdrew from their commitment and asked us to get in touch with reliance directly as they didn’t want to be in bad books with reliance as they do all these things hand in had. We are humbly requesting you to please sort this issue and please help us to get our money rs, 490000 which is still lying with them.
