Regarding Refund due to medical issue

Regarding PNR No:- 5ZHFYT firstly I requested to reschedule the flight but due to delay in response from Vistara airlines there customer care executive told that we are cancelling your flight and total refund of Rs.7346.- will paid to you and also submitted the medical certificate for the reason.

Due to medical issue we were requesting to reschedule but there was not response from Vistara airlines and very delayed response...

Amount deducted, but ticket not booked

Dear sir/ Madam,

My name is Rechu Suresh, currently working in Russia.
I tried to book a ticket through Vistara official website for 9th may 2022 from Delhi to Trivandrum.
The ticket amount of Rs. 8056/- has been deducted from my account, but regarding the ticket no information has been received. Please see below details FYI:

fraud during the covid 19 flights cancellations!

When flights are cancelled due to covid19 lock down by the govt. Of india, air vistara is charging 3 times of original fare charges in the name of fare charge difference!

My flight details:
1. Pnr number - rdq7ze
2. Number of passengers - 2
3. Delhi to goa

I have booked this flight and it was cancelled due to corona virus nation wide lockdown but air vistara is not providing me the details...

issue fake call letter and asking for security money for deposit

It was totally fraud and online cheating money making spammers.

I already cheated by one of those people by paying of amount rs.12500/- for spicejet...

I Umesh Chungani booked a flight ticket on 4 September 2024 for 4 September 2024 from delhi to Hong Kong PNR 5MPOFX I booked this ticket after asking employe of Vistara that will you let in check in with my visa so they said we will let you check in after confirming with their seniors but they didn’t let me check in so I asked for full refund and now they’re not giving me full refund. Even I booked tickets after asking them and getting surety and they didn’t let me check in after giving me 100% surety. 18884/- is not a small amount so I am asking for full refund because they did same thing with me on 3 September 2024. That’s why I want to file a complaint against Vistara . First they gave surety and then they say we can do anything.

    My name is Navraj Pandey from Punjab. I was in search of a part-time job and posted my resume on Naukri, Shine and other websites. On Monday, May 2024, I received a call from a woman named Sonam Soni, whose number was +[protected]. She introduced me to another one of her Subordinate, the Senior HR Manager at Vistara Airlines, whose contact number is +[protected].

    Despite not applying for a position at Vistara Airlines, Sonam Soni pressured me to take a test and then coerced me into paying Rs. 1399. She promised either part-time work from home or full-time employment. When I inquired about the job description, she deflected, stating that the Senior HR Manager would provide the details.

    I want to alert everyone to a scam where individuals manipulate and extract money from unsuspecting individuals. This is not just about the money I lost; it's about the harm caused to those people's who desperately seeking legitimate employment opportunities. Vistara Airlines, you are failing not only in your airline services but also ethically. I urge Vistara to take decisive action against such practices. I have shared some evidence to support my claim. Please investigate and take appropriate measures.

      Dear Air Vistara Customer Relations,

      I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from your staff at the New Delhi airport on April 22, 2024. As an Indian-born US citizen, I have always held Air Vistara in high regard, having had positive experiences in the past. However, my recent encounter has compelled me to bring a serious concern to your attention.

      On the aforementioned date, I traveled on flight AI 126 from Chicago to New Delhi in business class, arriving in New Delhi at 12:25 PM. I had a connecting Air Vistara flight to Dehradun scheduled for 1:50 PM the same day. Despite clearing immigration promptly, I unfortunately missed my connecting flight.

      Following the advice of the Air Vistara team in the transit area, I approached the ticketing counter for rebooking assistance. The agent at the counter, identified only as Babli, displayed a lack of professionalism and courtesy that was both unexpected and unacceptable. Her demeanor was not only unhelpful but also dismissive, as she chastised me for missing my flight without offering any viable solutions or alternatives.

      After an exhaustive international journey, I was met with sarcasm instead of support, leaving me without a clear path to reach my destination. Moreover, the urgency of my situation, needing to visit my ailing mother who had recently suffered a stroke, seemed to be of no concern to the agent.

      The absence of empathy and the refusal to assist in rebooking my flight—without any explanation—was disheartening. This experience starkly contrasts with the excellent service I received during my business class travel from Frankfurt to New Delhi in November 2021.

      As a result of this encounter, I incurred an additional expense of Rs 7500 for alternative transportation to Dehradun. Given the circumstances, I am requesting a full refund for the unutilized portion of my ticket(Rs. 5159.00) and compensation for the distress and inconvenience caused by the unprofessional conduct of your staff member.

      I trust that Air Vistara values its customers and will take the necessary steps to address this issue promptly. I look forward to your response and a resolution that upholds the high standards of service associated with your esteemed airline.

        I m student in north India in Punjab. i want an Internship in company i registered in different websites A lady called on Tuesday April by name Sneha Gambhir, she said we give you the internship in our Vistara airlines for business analyst job . she said you have to pay the registration fees Rs 2000 after that you have to give the aptitude test for next round.
        then she said after giving test send me the screenshot of the marks obtained if qualified then also you have to eligible for next round i.e., HR telephonic interview . after that the HR called me Ravi Kumar for the interview he said you have to pay 5500 for the next round qualification i paid the amount and he said you are now to pass to the next round. then he said to me to may the 10500 for NOC and for offer letter to enter in the airport . i said i m not going to pay any amount to you i m not taking any internship please refund my amount . he said ok you have to pay 2100 for the cancellation of registration and refunding of amount. i said i m not going to pay any amount please refund my money he said its not possible you have to pay first . he is talking to me very rudely and cut the call.
        after 1 day again a lady called me Aishwarya for the refunding of money she said to me if you want your money back you have to pay 550 i paid then again she tell that the account is not taking the amount you have to give 1050 for the activation of account . again she telling you have to pay 1550 for the refunding its the last amount . i want my moey back 9100
        please i request to the Indian forum to take the step against these type of scam and want my money back because its my necessity i m a student.

            I flew Vistara on 8Mar on PNR 23KXYN from Frankfurt to Delhi and on arrival in Delhi the baggage did arrive. i checked and the Vistara ground staff asked me to raise a complaint and i got a PIR ref. i also called their call center and the agent confirmed that i will get reimbursements for the claims for the essentials items i buy for daily use. i did the same and submitted the claims and now Vistara is saying the baggage was held by customs. when i asked them to show the documents and communications that the airlines had with the customs dept they said they are trying to get that across. seems like a trick they are using not to honor the claims. the PIR ref is DELUK21053

                We booked flight from Bhuvaneshwar to Chandigarh on 14th jan Flight No UK789, the flight got delayed by 3hrs from 1.15 to 4.15 then at 3.14pm am complaining you, still now they are saying the flight who will come and take us, has not depart from Delhi, it will take minimum 2hrs, now the next connecting flight boarding is at 8.05Pm, when I am asking if I can’t catch the flight, who will refund, they are saying you have to complain to customer care of Amazon, as you have booked ticket through them according to BISWARANJAN, station Manager. THis type of mental harassment they are doing with us and also the flight charges are going waste now, so I need a mental harassment charges of 1L and also flight charges of 19k .My Ticket no is PNR6VFXWN .SAMPRITI Barman

                  Hi team, This is regarding my PNR number K4VJHS for which I got my First name missing on my ticket and for which Customer representative did not help and I had to cancel my ticket at last minute and reissue last minute tickets to Bengaluru and return to Delhi.

                    I never applied for vistara airlines, she called me up and pressurised and forced me to send me to take test, and again forced me to pay 2000 rupees. She promised part time work work. From home or full time work. When I asked about job description, she did not give correct answer, she said senior HR manager will give details.

                    Then she made me take Hr interview with Prashanth kumar, I asked him job description, he said, during training I will get to know. Again he asked me 5500 rupees, I said I was not informed about this. He. Said, you want job or no".he president me again to pay. I paid. I said no one asks for. Money. He said it is company rules and policy.

                    Next day, he called me up and told me I have to pay another 10500 rupees for NOC and gate pass. I was surprised again, I could not pay anymore.

                    I was already too pressurised. I said I do not want the offer, he said then you have to pay 2100 rupees for cancellation. I said, I never was informed of company policy before, he said and pretended, "what ?and kept the phone. So from then he is cutting my phone calls. I pleaded him to return back my 7500 rupees.
                    I made him understand it is health concerns, my livelihood amd I have to pay my bills. But still he told me to ask my neighbors friends others for money and give him

                      Sir i was travelling from Bangalore to New delhi on 1st october . I had my Iphone 7 switched in the luggage bag . It was missing from the bag when i reached back home . How can airline people open up the bag to take out phone without letting the passenger knowing about it . Kindly get me my phone back

                        My wife and my child had booking with below flight on 14sep 23

                        UK 613 (MUM-UDR).

                        They have reached before check in close time and their checkin was also done but they denied boarding even reaches at boarding gate before 20 min.
                        Staff told they will arrange ticket in another flight at free of cost, but after waiting for~ 2 hrs they said cant arrange new ticket and asked us to personally book new ticket.

                        Pls help in this matter and help in refund my ticket amount, as it was not our fault.

                        My wife and child both faced lots of trouble to explaining staff and was treated wrong.

                        My wife was traveling with 6 yr old child, no one helped them.
                        I called customer care also, but they said only airport staff can assist them.

                              Me and my partner traveled from Delhi to Frankfurt UK025 on 27.11.2022.
                              Got our two bags damaged one is completely damaged lost one of the 4 wheels and it was really painful to drag the broken wheel trolley and other one torned. We tried to look the Air vistara staff after collecting our bags and we did not find any staff there. Someone at airport suggested to take pictures I am attaching the pictures of the broke trolley wheel taken after right picking our baggages from pully and also we had some expensive souvenirs inside for our relatives which are also broken.

                              It was really bad because we bought the new luggage right before our India trip and now it cannot be used anymore and no possibility to get it repair. It would be nice if you could guide for claiming the compensation of luggage and goods loss. We already tried reaching the airvistara customer relations service but we have no response or resolution.
