Today i received call from vistara and take processing charge rupees 1800 then take written test and interview after that said about training and charge rupees 8500 but i said no and cancelling these entire process but i have not received my 1800 amount back...

I flew Vistara on 8Mar on PNR 23KXYN from Frankfurt to Delhi and on arrival in Delhi the baggage did arrive. i checked and the Vistara ground staff asked me to raise a complaint and i got a PIR ref. i also called their call center and the agent confirmed that i will get reimbursements for the claims for the essentials items i buy for daily use. i did the same and submitted the claims and now Vistara is saying the baggage was held by customs....

My flight was cancelled and I want informed two weeks in advance and now the alternate flight is not suitable for my travel and the airline is denying compensation for the inconvenience...

We booked flight from Bhuvaneshwar to Chandigarh on 14th jan Flight No UK789, the flight got delayed by 3hrs from 1.15 to 4.15 then at 3.14pm am complaining you, still now they are saying the flight who will come and take us, has not depart from Delhi, it will take minimum 2hrs, now the next connecting flight boarding is at 8.05Pm, when I am asking if I can’t catch the flight, who will refund, they are saying you have to complain to customer...

They have reached before check in close time and their checkin was also done but they denied boarding even reaches at boarding gate before 20 min.

Me and my partner traveled from Delhi to Frankfurt UK025 on 27.11.2022.
Got our two bags damaged one is completely damaged lost one of the 4 wheels and it was really painful to drag the broken wheel trolley and other one torned. We tried to look the Air vistara staff after collecting our bags and we did not find any staff there. Someone at airport suggested to take pictures I am attaching the pictures of the broke trolley wheel taken...

I took flight from Dubai to Mumbai and Mumbai to Chennai same PNR LXWGRN flight 821 on dated 25 th June'23. My checked in luggage is completely damaged, torn. Request for compensation....

Vistara have modified it's flight from Raipur to Delhi from evening time to early morning time. I booked the evening flight only because I have to finish up work diring the day. But, now they are not providing me compensation for another ticket or night accomodation.

We missed our vistara flight from B'lore to Hyderabad on April 29, 2023 due to road traffic jam on Mr. Narender modi visit in Bangalore. We were on jam packed road for almost 4-5 hours and reached airport around 15 min late.

Vistara didn't provide us any next available flight as it was also fully booked... IN this case being regular customer we are asking for refund, waiver....

This is really upsetting that my baggage was not loaded by you in the flight I was travelling. I flew yesterday (03 May 2023) from DEL to BOM on flight number UK927. My PNR is 6HX4RQ. My flight timing was 9:30 AM and I submitted my luggage at 7:30 AM (text attached).
