My self potu kishor i worked in ssststore (9506) in location of jagtial state of telangana, my emp_id:60368249, uan:[protected] and mobile number:[protected]

I joined in[protected] and am resigned on[protected], i tried to claim pf, there appeared date in the doj (Date of joining) but not appeared in doe (Date of end). I requesting you please to add doe as soon as possible it helpfull to me.
