reliance telecom orissa — automatic deduction of amount from my number

yesterday i had recharged rs 220 in my number [protected].when i check my balance on today morning it came to rs 2. i dont understand why the hell they are deduction the amount without any futher notification. when i check my inbox the reliance company gaved a message around 1.53am at night (that dear customer we have registered your request. your phone as modem will be activated shorty) without any knowledge of mine. niether i had gave any request nor any such thing. then who gave them the right to do what they want. in such case i no where conclude anything but seems that the reliance telecom of orissa are thief who stole the money of a customer for their benifits. I request to refunfd my rs 220 or i have to take shelter from the appropriate court of law
