[Resolved]  Relianceada.com — Wrong Billing against No.[protected] and pending complaint No.[protected]

Dear sir, My Reliance Netconnet+ number is [protected]. With respect to this number I had lodged a complaint bearing number[protected] way back on 9th October, 2014. The complaint was with respect to the double billing of advance rental to the tune of Rs. 1350/-, however I was sent a bill for Rs. 979/-. If you rectify my bill which is wrongly billed twice for Rs. 1350/- I will be in credit of Rs. 371/- which I wanted to use for top up. However till date my complaint has not been resolved, instead I am getting threatening calls about some "Legal Case" against me in Delhi High Court. I asked them to provide me with the case number but every time they say they would get back to me but there is no revert from them till date. However everyday some one or the other calls up threatening me about the Legal Case against me. However one of the advocates also offered me a settlement, when I said I should get refund from Reliance Communication she said she would get back to me but till now no response from it either. In this regard I sincerely request you to look at my complaint and stop this Harassment in the name of "Legal Case". As on today the status of the complaint on their website is "NO RESULT FOR THE GIVEN SEARCH CRITERIA". Hope better sense will prevail on the concerned officials and resolve this issue without precipitating the matter further. Please Note that I am not able to lodge this complain through their website.
