[Resolved]  RELIANCE(GSM) — less Data(GPRS) Given

Hi, My number is [protected] (Reliance GSM).Name:-Aaftab Aalam I got recharged of 246 Rs plan on Friday(20 June 2014)in which as per websites and catalogue 1.5 GB data given, however i received only 1063 MB only which approx 1 GB. After recharging i checked data balance given was 1063 MB then i called customer care on same recharge day at *333 there was a lady Executive she instructed me that "Sir remaining date will be given in 48 Hrs". i waited by Sunday evening but didn't get remaining data, then i called on Monday regarding same at customer care, there was executive name GAYATRY she firstly denied that less data has been given, after some time she transferred call to senior named KAMAL she accepted that less data has been given but remaining data could not be given because u have not made any complaint within 3 days.i replied that i called on same day when i recharged please check your phone directory but she was rigid and only replied that we cant do anything .. NOTE:-Even i called on same day(20 June 2014) of recharge to customer care after knowing that less data has been given, and his customer care said to me within 48 Hrs remaining data will be given but not received. where i am wrong i called same day eventhough she(Kamal) was not agree to overturn less data. please do the needful and stop them making hidden corruption
