I called jio customer care service regarding high bill for recent month.. they asked me what bill madam? To which I replied the phone bill" and they said we are not answerable to your bill please contact some number. I asked for a supervisor to which she said we don't have one. The lady was talking very rude as if she doesn't care. I called again, and the things repeated, they all are rude which makes it worst company. If jio doesn't care about customer I don't know how they will survive, anyway I decided to switch to Airtel again. It was very stupid of me to try jio. Ugly experience Was this information helpful? |
