It was a mid day i go to reliance digital express shop for buying reliance jio i want to get some information about the sim i wanted to enter in the shop and an employee neglected me to enter in the shop he. He talk to me in a very abusing language this is a very bad thing reliance is a very worst company and i go to another branch of reliance and its repeated the shops are near sardar patel chowk and another branch of kakadeo Was this information helpful? | |||||

Highly irresponsible staff of Reliance digital xpress having address 15/1 block j, block 15, west Patel Nagar, Patel Nagar, delhi-110008. I bought a jio sim from that store on 10/10/16, but it has not started till today ie 7/11/16. They used my code and now I'm not able to buy another one from any other store. When I reached them, first they said they have lost my form then asked me to come another day, when I went thru again asked me to come later. I have gone there 3 times but my problem has not been solved till now.
Disappointed.

Reliance communication please instruct your staff to answer the customers in a polite way... Customers are not beggers and they are not not doing any favourto us.. it is their duty...
