Relience Gsm — Not able to do an outgoing std calls

My no is [protected]. I have activated a call pack of 152 after which my out going calls were made free. I am not able to do any outgoing calls as either the phone is getting disconnected or saying network busy.
I also tried to contact customer care executive via ivr but after saying connecting to customer care executive and the next option is for menu based option dial *111#. The phone is not getting connected to executive.
Kindly resolve the quiery
