Relux Travellers Pondy — Paid money but did not arrange tri and did not refund money

We have booked a vacation through Relux Travels Pondicherry and paid 1.68 lakhs for the Thailand Trip. However, the company did not arrange for our trip. They did not give us a refund also. Upon asking frequently the owner of this company Karthik Santharam transferred just 10, 000 Rs.

He keeps telling us that he will transfer but it never happened. We have complete bank transaction details.

I am mainly raising this complaint so that other people will not loose money like us. Can you help??

Dear Customer, Hope we have cleared the payment within a month, and also the issue is not from our side, due to some technical issues our website got jammed. Also, No people still now will not say they not received the cash, its because of situation. and everyone has their subjectable delays for the words.

but anyhow we have paid but you have never posted that you have received money.
We have all proof that we have paid in the accounts.
