We had paid advance for hiring cars in December in pondicherry for a wedding planned. due to floods in Chennai they were unable to provide the service as roads were flooded and car could not reach. they are not refunding 54000 we had paid in advance for the service of horse, band+cars hire. the wedding was also cancelled due to the floods.
