My experience with remit2india is worst. I booked a transaction at some price and provided all the required documents within 24 hours. These people took forever to respond, kept my transaction in verification mode and in the end canceled it. I called more than 15 times, their representative assured me that the transaction will be processed within few hours but it never happened. After canceling their representative assured me that your transaction will be reopened but now they are not doing that. Their customer care is sometimes rude, a guy named aditya is too rude as if he is transferring his money. He even started pointing fingers at me. I want them to address my issue.
