Hv ordered through https://remoshop.in for a bose soundlink revolve+ bluetooth speaker (Silver) on 19.05.2020 and paid ₹2, 999.69 through credit card. On may 21, 2020 at 2:24 pm received a confirmatory mail from [protected]@remoshop.in, with identification "[order #1068] (May 19, 2020)".
On 02.06.2020 a package has bn delivered at my address at around 11-25 am and it contained a "soundlink wireless portable bluetooth speaker", which is evident from the delevery challan attached with the package. I was expecting there was some typing error as nowhere the name "bose" was mentioned and kept the package as such as a precautianry measure against covid infection. I opened the package on 06.06.2020 and got the shock of my life by discovering that it does not contain the item i paid for, but some obscure device.
I am feeling completely cheated as my order was for a "bose soundlink revolve+ bluetooth speaker (Silver)", which is also clear from the invoice sent to me.
Sent a mail at [protected]@remoshop.in, [protected]@remoshop.in,
[protected]@remoshop.in on 06.06.2020, which was followed by another mail on 09.06.2020. No response has so far been receieved from the so called "young and vibrant company that aims to provide good quality and branded products."
This is clearly a fraud website and operating openly. Now i could find similar compliants made by others also against this fraud entity.
